Technical Program Manager

🚀 We're Hiring: Technical Programme Manager – Data Centre Migration 📍 Location: Solna–Stockholm, Sweden (Hybrid) 💼 Experience: 10+ Years Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Technical Programme Manager specializing in Data Centre Migration, Infrastructure Consolidation and IT Transformation within large enterprise environments. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of managing complex data centre migration programmes, infrastructure transitions, site relocations and large-scale technology transformation initiatives. Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of relevant IT experience, with strong Technical Programme / Project Management expertise.
• Proven experience in Data Centre Migration and Infrastructure Consolidation.
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise infrastructure migration programmes.
• Strong understanding of VMware and Nutanix environments, including VMware-to-Nutanix migration.
• Experience handling large-scale data environments, preferably around 20 PB.
• Knowledge of infrastructure architecture, storage, compute, networking and security integration.
• Experience in data centre relocation, site migration and IT transformation.
• Strong dependency, risk and change management capabilities.
• Experience coordinating multiple vendors, suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and programme governance skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end data centre migration and infrastructure consolidation programmes.
• Manage large-scale migration initiatives, including VMware-to-Nutanix transitions.
• Oversee infrastructure migration and IT transition activities in complex enterprise environments.
• Manage migration dependencies, risks, timelines, milestones and programme governance.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, security, application and network teams to ensure seamless migration.
• Drive site relocation, data centre consolidation and M&A-related IT transition initiatives.
• Manage third-party suppliers, vendors and technology partners.
• Ensure effective security integration and business continuity throughout migration activities.
• Monitor programme progress, resolve escalations and provide regular stakeholder reporting.
• Ensure successful delivery within agreed timelines, scope and quality expectations.

Preferred Industry Experience:

• Telecom
• Large enterprise IT environments
• Infrastructure and data centre transformation programmes
