Technical Process & Audit Specialist | Oil & Gas | Esbjerg – Onshore position Are you an experienced Oil & Gas professional with a strong technical background and a passion for processes, audits, problem-solving and continuous improvement? We are looking for a Technical Process & Audit Specialist for an exciting assignment within the Oil & Gas industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and documenting technical and operational processes, including audit processes, and ensuring that technical data and reporting can be used effectively for analysis, KPIs and potential dashboard solutions. You will work across multiple disciplines and departments and play an important role in creating structured, transparent and practical processes. Your responsibilities

• Develop and document technical and operational processes.
• Develop and describe audit processes, workflows and procedures.
• Map existing processes and identify gaps, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Define responsibilities, interfaces, critical activities and dependencies.
• Support technical troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Analyse technical and audit reports to identify trends, recurring issues and areas for improvement.
• Define reporting requirements and relevant KPIs.
• Support the development of dashboards and management reporting based on operational data.
• Ensure alignment with procedures, guidelines, company rules and technical standards.
• Coordinate activities across multiple departments and disciplines.
• Support continuous improvement and standardization of processes.

Your technical background You should have solid experience from the Oil & Gas industry and a good understanding of safety-critical equipment and technical processes. Experience with:

• ESDV – Emergency Shutdown Valves
• BDV – Blowdown Valves
• Safety-critical systems and equipment
• Technical troubleshooting
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Maintenance / integrity processes
• SAP
