About the Role: Job Title: Technical Manager - DC Migration Location: Solna/Stockholm, Sweden Hybrid Type of Hiring: Employment Contract Description: Looking for technical manager specializing in data centre migration, infrastructure consolidation and IT transition in large enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities

• Migration & Consolidation Leadership: Lead and manage end-to-end data centre migration projects, specifically handling large-scale environments (e.g., 20+ PB) and modernizing virtualization stacks (e.g., VMware-to-Nutanix migrations).
• IT Transition & Integration: Drive seamless IT transitions, ensuring minimal downtime and business disruption while integrating robust security protocols across infrastructure.
• Project & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate across cross-functional engineering, security, and business teams to align project milestones, manage risks, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Technical Governance: Establish best practices for infrastructure consolidation, operational stability, and security compliance throughout the transition lifecycle.
