Technical Lead | AI & Digital Solutions

We're now looking for an AI-focused Technical Lead who wants to work closely with our founders and play a key role in shaping the next phase of our growth. The role This is not a traditional project management role. You'll work at the intersection of technology, AI, customers and delivery, helping turn ideas into scalable solutions while guiding both customers and development teams. You'll collaborate closely with founders, customers and our engineering team in Kathmandu, helping define technical direction, shape solutions and drive successful delivery. The role can be based both in Stockholm or Gothenburg. The role combines:

What you'll do

• Translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions
• Lead technical discussions and architectural decisions
• Support and guide our engineering team
• Drive projects from idea to implementation
• Identify opportunities where AI can create customer and business value
• Improve engineering practices, delivery processes and ways of working
• Work closely with customers, stakeholders and developers

What we're looking for You have a background in software development and have grown into a role where you combine technical leadership, customer dialogue and solution design. Most importantly, you're already working in an AI-first way. You actively use tools such as Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, AI Agents, Lovable, Bolt or similar technologies as part of your daily workflow and understand how AI is changing the way software is designed, developed and delivered. Required experience

• 8-15 years of experience within software development, technical leadership or solution design
• Strong software engineering background
• Experience working directly with development teams
• Experience leading customer-facing technical discussions and workshops
• Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development and agentic workflows in real projects
• Fluent Swedish and English
