About the Role We are looking for a Technical & Fuel Purchaser to join our Procurement team in Oslo. In this role, you will combine technical procurement with fuel purchasing in a global maritime environment. You will support fleet operations through the sourcing of spare parts, equipment and services, while also contributing to fuel purchasing activities and market analysis for the cruise fleet. This position offers a unique combination of operational impact, supplier collaboration and commercial responsibility. What You Will Do:

  • Manage procurement and logistics activities for technical spare parts, equipment and services
  • Conduct sourcing activities, supplier negotiations and contract follow-up
  • Contribute to fuel purchasing activities and monitor market developments
  • Drive supplier performance, cost optimization and value creation
  • Support process improvements, digitalisation initiatives and continuous development
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, vessels and internal stakeholders

  • Experience from technical procurement, maritime operations, shipping, offshore or related industries
  • Commercial mindset and strong negotiation skills
  • Technical understanding of vessel equipment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Fluent English skills

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with fuel procurement, bunker markets or commodity purchasing
  • Experience with supplier performance management and contract negotiations
  • Interest in AI, digital tools and data-driven decision making
  • Experience from shipping, cruise, offshore or maritime industries
