Technical Engineer – Power Electronics & Energy Control

About The Role As an Technical Engineer, you will join our Integration Team. We develop customized solutions for power generation and energy management systems across Marine, Offshore, and land-based industries. In this role, you will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to design and implement solutions, particularly within:

• Power electronics and converter-based systems
• Power Management Systems (PMS)
• Marine and Offshore applications

You will play an important role in delivering reliable, efficient, and tailor-made solutions that create value for our customers and organization. Your Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop and implement application software for energy control systems
• Contribute to Power Management System (PMS) solutions
• Specify, document, and test software to ensure high quality
• Collaborate with R&D, Sales, and Service teams across the organization
• Participate in commissioning and provide support during project execution
• Travel occasionally to execute and support projects and customers

Your Background You are a technically strong and solution-oriented engineer who enjoys working hands-on while collaborating with others. We Expect That You Have

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Power Electronics, or similar
• Experience or strong interest in power electronics and converters
• Experience with Power Management Systems (PMS)
• Experience from the Marine or Offshore industry is a strong advantage
• PLC programming skills (IEC 61131-3)
• Experience with CODESYS is preferred. Knowledge of programming in C and C++ is an additional advantage.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken
