Role Description The Technical Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Gothenburg Metropolitan Area. This role focuses on coordinating technical inspection activities, supporting project teams, and ensuring that deliverables meet quality and compliance standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing and tracking inspection schedules, providing technical support to inspectors and clients, documenting project progress, and assisting with the resolution of technical issues. The Technical Coordinator will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, maintain accurate records and reports, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and workflows. The role also involves supporting customer inquiries, ensuring clear communication channels, and collaborating with project management to keep assignments on time and within scope. Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills for problem-solving, data interpretation, and evaluation of technical documentation.
  • Excellent communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication and effective coordination with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in technical support, including troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and assisting engineers and inspectors.
  • Customer service skills to manage inquiries, maintain professional relationships, and support client satisfaction.
  • Project management capabilities, such as organizing tasks, tracking milestones, and supporting delivery of projects on schedule.
  • Relevant technical or engineering education (e.g., degree or vocational training) is highly beneficial.
  • Previous experience in quality inspection, industrial engineering, or related technical fields is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in the Greater Gothenburg Metropolitan Area and collaborate in a multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency with common office and project management software; familiarity with industry-specific tools is a plus.
