What you'll do

September 18, 2026 Full Time, Onsite Sweden Posted 12 hours ago We are hiring Technical Configuration & Stakeholder Coordinator for Sweden. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Technical Configuration & Stakeholder Coordinator to serve as a high-impact technical bridge between vehicle engineering teams and international autonomous technology partners (including key US stakeholders). This is not a software development or programming role. Instead, you will take full ownership of software and component configuration management, release baselines, and technical requirement flows across cross-functional, multinational teams to ensure seamless system integration and delivery. Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Interface & Liaison: Act as the primary technical communication link between local OEM engineering departments and external autonomous truck development partners across Europe and the US.
  • Configuration Management & Ownership: Oversee software and hardware component configurations, managing release baselines, signal database updates, and ECU traceability across platforms.
  • Requirements & Data Flow: Gather, translate, and structure complex technical specifications into clear requirements, ensuring consistent information flow between system architects and external partners.
  • Cross-Border Alignment: Facilitate technical alignment workshops, release syncs, and status updates across geographically distributed teams and time zones.
  • Process & Toolchain Governance: Utilize OEM PDM/PLM systems and lifecycle tools to manage documentation integrity, issue tracking, and change control processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: Minimum 5+ years within the automotive or commercial vehicle industry (heavy trucks, buses, or autonomous driving systems preferred).
  • Domain Expertise: Proven track record in software/component ownership (e.g., Node Owner, ECU Owner, or Component Owner), release baseline management, and requirements engineering.
  • Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with automotive configuration, PDM, and diagnostic tools (e.g., KOLA, SystemWeaver/SE-Tool, Jira, Confluence, CANalyzer, or equivalent OEM systems).
  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated success coordinating cross-functional engineering teams and external international suppliers (specifically US time zones).

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong ownership, accountability, and continuous-improvement mindset.
