Technical co-founder / CTO

Job Description Diamind is an early-stage company building software for sustainability data /reporting and compliance. We are part of Sting Core in Stockholm (one of europes top accelerators) and are looking for a technical co-founder to help turn our prototype into a reliable customer product. We are raising capital, small round with angel investors, and in late Q4/early Q1 planning on pre-seed round. Skills & Requirements What you’ll work on

• Take the existing prototype to a secure, reliable product used by real customers.
• Develop the frontend, backend and data model.
• Build integrations and reliable data-processing workflows.
• Put testing, monitoring and release processes in place.
• Make technical trade-offs with the founder, balancing customer needs, time and cost.

What you’ll bring

• Full-stack development: strong TypeScript skills and experience with React and backend services.
• Production experience: you have deployed and maintained software with real users and handled incidents.
• PostgreSQL and data modelling: experience designing schemas, protecting data integrity and making safe migrations.
• Authentication and authorisation: practical experience with roles, access controls and tenant isolation.
• APIs and integrations: experience with OAuth, webhooks, retries and error handling.
• Testing: experience writing automated tests for backend logic, permissions and critical user flows.
