Technical Chapter Lead – Mobile Apps

We are looking for a Technical Chapter Lead for Mobile App Development who combines strong mobile engineering experience with the ability to inspire, coach, and grow developers. This is a role for someone who wants to stay close to React Native, native iOS, and native Android development while taking on meaningful people leadership responsibilities in a tribe with big ambitions. What you'll do You'll have two key responsibilities: Lead and develop a team of developers

• Coach and support a chapter of developers in their professional growth
• Foster a strong engineering culture built on collaboration, learning, continuous improvement and innovation
• Help attract, develop, and retain top engineering talent

You will not be leading from the sidelines. You will build software together with the developers, understand their everyday challenges, and help turn good ideas into great mobile experiences. - Drive technical excellence

• Be part of defining architecture and technical decisions
• Work closely with agile teams, architects, and engineering leaders like you
• Promote modern engineering practices including AI-assisted and agentic development, test automation, CI/CD, DevOps, and secure software development
• Help teams develop with AI as an active part of the engineering team — using AI-fueled development as a team sport to improve flow, quality, and learning

Stay hands-on through design, coding, reviews, and technical mentoring as agile squad member - What we're looking for Strong experience in:

• React Native/Expo and cross-platform mobile application development
• Modern mobile application architecture, including scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions across shared codebases
• Cloud experience, preferably Azure, and solid DevOps and CI/CD practice
• DevOps and CI/CD practices
• A track record of leading technical decisions and mentoring developers

Native iOS with Swift or native Android with Kotlin is a big plus. - Most importantly , you're someone who enjoys helping others succeed while maintaining a high technical bar and encourages others to follow your lead. Why join If?
