Tech Lead/Sr Backend (Go) Developer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Tech Lead/Sr Backend (Go) Developer based in Denmark. As a Tech Lead/Senior Backend Engineer, you will combine deep backend development expertise with hands-on ownership of modern cloud infrastructure. You will design and build scalable, resilient server-side systems while working closely with Kubernetes and containerized environments. A key focus of the role will be developing Kubernetes Operators and microservices using Go and the Operator SDK. You will contribute to high-availability architectures, disaster recovery capabilities, and long-term application maintainability. The role offers significant technical ownership, from architecture and development through deployment, scaling, and operational reliability. You will also provide technical leadership and help shape engineering practices across complex backend and infrastructure initiatives.
