Tech Lead - Non-for-profit sector - Stockholm

.NET Tech Lead Opportunity - Non-for-profit Sector - Stockholm I am looking for a .NET Tech Lead to join a mid-sized company in the public sector. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET, Azure, and hands-on technical leadership across development initiatives. You'll act as a senior technical lead, working closely with 1–2 development teams across both ongoing operations and new development. This is a hands-on role, balancing day-to-day development with technical leadership, guiding the team and helping shape the technical roadmap. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and guidance across 1–2 development teams
• Work hands-on with .NET and Azure, contributing directly to development and technical solutions
• Guide the technical direction and roadmap for ongoing and new development initiatives
• Ensure solutions align with a cohesive architecture (MACH-oriented, microservices, Azure)
• Work closely with developers, architects, and other technical stakeholders to make effective technical decisions
• Support the team in adopting modern development practices, technologies, and approaches
• Contribute to decisions involving AI, APIs, Azure, and modern microservices setups
• Help drive the ongoing modernization and digitalization of the platform

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience working as a Tech Lead or in a senior development/technical leadership role
• Strong hands-on experience developing with .NET
• Strong experience working with Azure
• Experience working with microservice architecture
• Experience guiding development teams and making technical decisions
• Beneficial to have experience or strong interest in AI
