The role You'll lead end-to-end mobile product development across iOS and Android, architect the backend-for-mobile services behind our apps and SDK, and shape where our mobile products go next. You'll work closely with engineering, product and business stakeholders to align priorities and ship solutions that matter to our customers. You'll also be the link between our tech leads team and the business organisation. What you'll own

• Mobile architecture across iOS (Swift/SwiftUI), Android (Kotlin/Jetpack Compose) and Kotlin Multiplatform, spanning our SDK and apps
• Backend services (Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot) that power our mobile applications
• Mobile product design, technical strategy and feature prioritisation, together with the business team and the other tech leads
• CI/CD pipelines (Bitrise/GitHub Actions), release management and app store submissions
• Cross-team alignment: running workshops that drive technical decisions, and acting as the bridge between tech leads, business and product priorities
• Structured prioritisation, keeping every technical decision tied to business goals

What you bring

• 8+ years of mobile development across iOS and Android
• 3+ years as a technical lead or architect
• Deep expertise in Kotlin, Swift and Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP)
• Hands-on backend development with Spring Boot
• A track record of shipping production mobile apps at scale
• Experience working in agile teams
• The ability to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to lead and align technical peers without formal reporting lines

Nice to have

• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude or Codex in your development work
• A background in product design, or experience working closely with UX
