Teamleader for Dishwash

We are looking for an experienced teamleader for our Dishwash department. As a dishwasher, you are emptying, sorting and preparing flight equipment (i.e. trollies, service, cups etc) for dishwashing in our dishwashing machines. We offer: - A full-time position (average 35.5 hours per week depending on shift schedule) - Morning shift or evening shifts including fixed work every other weekend - Collective agreement–covered employment terms - An international workplace close to Copenhagen Airport with approximately 380 colleagues - Attractive Canteen and Health Care Scheme We expect that you: - Stable and meet at the required time - Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude - Knowledge of safety and quality standards in production (HACCP) - Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with all safety regulations - Able to communicate in Danish or English - Strong communication and leadership skills - Training and development of team members to improve their skills and performance - Report to the dishwash manager on progress and any bottlenecks Working hours and others: This is a full-time position, but the specific weekly working hours depend on the shift. You will have to work weekends. You must have permission to work in Denmark and be able to complete a security check, which among other things, require a clean criminal record.
