Team Manager | BMP Sales

THE OPPORTUNITY We are looking for a highly driven Team Manager to join Boozt Media Partnership (BMP), our in-house retail media business that helps brands grow through data-driven media solutions, creative concepts and tailored activations. This is a player-coach role for someone who is an exceptional salesperson who knows how to drive results both individually and through a team. You will lead and develop our BMP sales team while owning your own portfolio of key clients. Beyond hitting targets, we are looking for a strategic and commercially minded person who brings new ideas and challenges the status quo. You know how to build strong partner relationships, identify opportunities and turn them into sales and growth. Internally, you are a strong stakeholder who knows how to get people on board, drive initiatives forward and ensure our sales efforts are aligned with the wider business. What You Will Do

• Lead, coach, and challenge the sales team to deliver against ambitious targets.
• Own and grow a portfolio of key clients, building trust and acting as a strategic partner to drive larger, long-term investments.
• Drive sales performance across both your own portfolio and the wider team
• Navigate and manage internal stakeholders, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure our retail media offerings align with broader business goals.
• Identify and drive upselling and new revenue opportunities
• Use pipeline, CRM, and performance data to forecast, prioritize, and grow the business.

YOUR PROFILE

• 5+ years of sales experience within media, digital advertising or a similar commercial environment
• Leadership experience or a strong track record of coaching and developing others
• A true salesperson with a strong performance and target-driven mindset
• Experience working with KPIs, CRM, pipeline management and forecasting
• Strong commercial understanding and experience with upselling
• High energy, strong communication skills and the ability to motivate others
• Fluent in English
