What you'll do
Key responsibilities and tasks:
- As a Team Leader, you will act as the supervisor of your unit's telecommunications installers
- You will be responsible for the contracting, scheduling, planning, quality, invoicing, safety and resourcing of the unit's open cabling systems
- You will be responsible for the daily profitability of the unit's projects
- Your tasks will include project bid calculations and ordering materials
- You will communicate with customers (mainly developers) and various stakeholders
- Reporting on production and results
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in ICT or electrical engineering or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in similar positions
- Willingness and desire to develop as a supervisor
- Commercial mindset and desire to grow the business
- Excellent interaction and collaboration skills
- Good IT skills (MS Office)
- The position requires fluent Finnish and English language skills
