Team Lead, Power Systems Engineering

Join our global Power Systems team as our new Team Lead – Power Systems and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future. Your new role As our new Team Lead, you will combine technical expertise, project delivery and people leadership. You will lead and develop a team of technical specialists while remaining actively involved in client projects as a senior expert and project leader. You will be part of our international Power Systems organisation and work across a broad range of projects connected to the green transition. This includes complex assignments within areas such as electrification, offshore wind, data centres and large-scale energy infrastructure. Depending on your technical background, you may contribute as a senior specialist, project manager or technical lead and work directly with clients throughout project development and delivery. An important part of your role will be supporting the growth and development of your team. You will contribute to recruitment, professional development, resource planning and the continued strengthening of our technical capabilities. You will also collaborate closely with Power Systems colleagues across Ramboll and connect expertise across disciplines and geographical markets. Ramboll continues to invest in the global Power Systems market, with more than 300 specialists working on Power Systems projects globally and a strong track record across Northern Europe, Central Europe and North America. Your key responsibilities will be:

• Lead and develop a team of Power Systems specialists, including supporting recruitment, onboarding, professional development and day-to-day people leadership.
• Take an active role in technical and billable project delivery, working as a senior expert, technical lead or project manager on complex Power Systems assignments.
• Build and develop strong client relationships, understanding technical and commercial needs and contributing to new project and business opportunities.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary projects and technical workstreams, connecting the right expertise across Ramboll to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Support the continued development of our Power Systems capabilities, including knowledge sharing, technical excellence and collaboration across our international organisation.

• A Master's degree or equivalent background in electrical engineering, power systems or another relevant engineering discipline.
• Strong technical experience within Power Systems, gained within consultancy, utilities, energy, infrastructure or another relevant environment.
• Experience delivering complex technical projects and the ability to operate as a senior technical expert, technical lead or project manager.
• Leadership experience and the ability to develop, motivate and support technical specialists.
• Strong client and stakeholder skills combined with excellent written and spoken English.
