We are looking for aTeam Lead, Qualificationto join ourQualification Teamin the Engineering department.
The Qualification Team plays a critical role in ensuring that our equipment, facilities, utilities, and associated computerized systems are properly tested, documented ,and approved for their intended use. This helps ensure that our operations meet Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements and are ready to support the production of high-quality gene therapy products.
The team is responsible for planning, coordinating and maintaining qualification activities throughout the lifecycle of facilities, equipment and systems, in accordance with regulatory requirements, company procedures and industry best practices.
As Team Lead, you will lead and develop a team of qualification professionals while providing direction, support and expertise in qualification-related activities. You will work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams, contributing to both operational excellence and continuous improvement.

This is a permanent, full-time salaried employee position (37.5 hours per week). Our aim is for the selected candidate to start in the role during September–October, with some flexibility based on availability.
