Role snapshot
atNorth is a leading Nordic data center company providing cost-effective, scalable high-density colocation and built-to-suit services to industry-leading organizations across Iceland, Sweden, Finland, and Denmark. With sustainability at our core, our data centers run on renewable energy and are designed according to circular economy principles. Through innovative design, power efficiency, and intelligent operations, we deliver reliable, secure, and high-performance infrastructure. Headquartered in Reykjavik, Iceland, atNorth operates eight data centers across the Nordics, with additional sites under development in Finland, Denmark, Sweden and Norway. We combine world-class technology with a people-first culture built on collaboration, ownership, and trust, empowering our teams to grow, take responsibility, and make a real impact. By joining our international team, you will help shape the future of sustainable digital infrastructure. Team Development & Learning Partner at atNorth Great teams don’t just happen. Someone has to notice when a team is stuck, ask the right questions and help everyone find a better way to work together. At atNorth, we want that person to be you. If you’re an experienced team developer who reads a room well and wants your work to matter, we’d like to hear from you. We’re growing fast across five countries. New teams form, established teams take on new members, and colleagues in different countries and time zones depend on each other every day. That brings energy, and sometimes friction. As our Team Development & Learning Partner, you’ll help our teams get through both and come out stronger. You’ll work closely with managers to understand what their teams need, then design and run the right interventions, from kickoff and reset workshops to conflict resolution and cross-country collaboration sessions. You’ll coach managers on team dynamics and difficult conversations, and you’ll turn what you learn from teams into practical learning content that helps the whole organization. You’ll be part of our Leadership, Learning & Development team and work closely with your team, our P&C Managers and team leaders. Our team runs learning activities across the whole organization, so an interest in the broader Learning & Development field and a wish to deliver different kinds of learning is a plus.
