Blue Diamonds | Oulu, FinlandWe are looking for a full-time taxi driver in Oulu!Blue Diamonds is looking for a responsible, active and customer-oriented taxi driver to work with Otaxi services.Job responsibilities- Transporting passengers safely and reliably. - Providing friendly and professional customer service. - Keeping the vehicle clean and in good condition. - Treating all customers with courtesy and professionalism. Requirements- A valid Finnish taxi drivers licence (Taxi Driving Permit). - Sufficient spoken Finnish and English skills to communicate with and serve customers, including customers who do not speak Finnish. - Good communication and customer service skills. - An attentive, proactive and responsible attitude. - Ability to work independently. - Willingness to participate in Otaxis training programme. Otaxi trainingThe driver must complete the training and orientation programme organised by Otaxi in order to obtain the official Otaxi driver identification card. Blue Diamonds, the employer, will cover the training costs.Working hours- Full-time employment. - Both day and night shifts are available. - Day shift: 06:00–17:00. - Night shift: 18:00–05:00. - 10 working hours per day, plus 45 minutes break. - Shifts will be agreed upon between the employer and employee. - Working hours and rest periods will comply with Finnish employment legislation. Salary- Commission-based payment: 40%. - Salary paid monthly. - The commission calculation basis and payment terms will be specified in the employment contract.
