Tax Manager

Join our Team About This Opportunity At Ericsson, we are looking for a versatile and forward-thinking Tax Manager to join Tax Unit Sweden. This is a broad and evolving role combining responsibility for Swedish corporate tax matters, business-focused tax advisory, and the development of smarter, AI-enabled ways of working. What You Will Do

• Take ownership of and oversee corporate income tax matters and related tax reporting for Swedish Ericsson entities, including Ericsson AB.
• Review tax calculations, reporting, compliance, controls, and related deliverables prepared by colleagues within the tax function.
• Act as a key point of contact for Swedish corporate tax matters and help ensure high-quality, timely, and compliant outcomes.
• Review and advise on contracts, transactions, business initiatives, and other matters from a Swedish and international tax perspective.
• Support tax audits, interactions with tax authorities, risk assessments, and other complex tax advisory matters.
• Drive and support the implementation of AI-enabled solutions, automation, and new digital ways of working.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen tax processes, governance, controls, data quality, and collaboration.
• Work closely with Tax, Finance, Legal, business stakeholders, and external advisors in Sweden and internationally.
• Contribute across Tax Unit Sweden as priorities, regulations, technology, and business needs evolve.

You will bring

• A university degree in Law, Finance, Economics, Tax, or another relevant field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in corporate taxation from an in-house tax function, professional services firm, tax authority, or a related environment.
• Good understanding of Swedish corporate taxation, combined with an interest in international tax and broader business matters.
• Fluent Swedish and English.
• A proactive, analytical, and pragmatic mindset, with the confidence to take ownership and make sound judgments.
• Curiosity, a growth mindset, and a genuine interest in how AI, technology, and new ways of working can create value in practice.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and cultures.
• Comfort working in a broad and evolving role where priorities may shift and the path forward is not always predefined.
• We believe the right mindset and potential are as important as technical expertise.
