Job Description

We are looking for a skilled, customer-oriented, and motivated waiter to join our Nepalese and Indian restaurant in Tampere.

Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming and serving customers

Taking and serving à la carte orders

Preparing, replenishing, and maintaining the lunch buffet

Serving food and beverages

Operating the cash register and processing payments

Handling Wolt, Uber Eats, and ResQ orders

Taking table reservations

Maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant dining area

Cooperating with the kitchen staff

Ensuring customer satisfaction

What We Expect from You

Previous experience as a waiter

Good command of English

Knowledge of Finnish is considered an advantage

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work in a busy restaurant environment

Initiative and a responsible attitude

Willingness to work shifts and weekends

A valid hygiene passport
