Talent Sourcer

To support that we are looking for a top-skilled Talent Sourcer with true depth and breadth of sourcing experience to bolster and accelerate our recruitment journey. Core Responsibilities As part of our TA team, you’ll focus on identifying, engaging, and nurturing talent for roles mainly across Europe. You will play a crucial role in setting the foundation for successful recruitment by:

• Identifying top talent: Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networks, and advanced search techniques (e.g. Boolean and X-ray).
• Building strong pipelines: Cultivate relationships with passive candidates to develop short- and long-term pipelines for key functions.
• Partnering strategically: Collaborate closely with TA Partners and Hiring Leaders to align sourcing strategies with business needs.
• Pre-screening candidates: Conduct initial screening calls for selected roles to evaluate experience, skills, and fit before moving forward in the process.
• Delivering market insights: Share relevant data on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to inform strategy.
• Driving performance: Show entrepreneurial spirit, adaptability, and initiative in helping us reach ambitious hiring targets.

What You Bring

• Solid proven experience in talent sourcing and maybe recruitment, preferably in an international setting.
• Fluency in Danish, English and German. Any additional language would be an asset.
• Strong track record in identifying and engaging passive candidates across different functions and seniority levels.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques — including Boolean search, talent mapping, and CRM/database management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (experience with SuccessFactors is a plus).
• A collaborative mindset, curiosity, and a drive to deliver high-quality results.
• A bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
