About the role As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be a key part of our HR team and take ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes across a broad range of functions and seniority levels. If you're excited by candidates, talent pipelines and recruitment processes rather than broader HR responsibilities, this could be the perfect next step. Working closely with the business, you will gain first-hand insight into the skills, capabilities and leadership needed to support OX2's transition to an Independent Power Producer (IPP), helping shape the teams that will deliver our future success. Your responsibilities

• Run end-to-end recruitment processes
• Conduct candidate sourcing, screening and first-round interviews.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback collection and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure smooth recruitment administration and ATS data quality.
• Deliver an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with Talent Acquisition Partner on business-critical recruitment projects.

• You have experience from recruitment, executive search, talent sourcing, research or recruitment coordination, either in-house or within a recruitment agency.
• You enjoy working in a structured way and can keep multiple recruitment processes moving simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
• You are relationship-oriented and communicate confidently with candidates, hiring managers and colleagues at different levels.
• You have a proactive mindset and are comfortable taking ownership of your work while collaborating closely with others.
• You are eager to develop within Talent Acquisition and see recruitment as a long-term career path rather than a stepping stone into broader HR.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken as well as the local language of the market you are applying to.
• Experience from working with Success Factors and/or Smart Recruiter is considered a plus.
• Experience from working with AON or other tests based on the 5-factor model is considered a great advantage.
