- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Fluent in Swedish(C1/C2 level) and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience recruiting for the EU market.
- Strong understanding of sourcing methodologies and recruitment tools.
- Experience using ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
