We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Capital team on a fixed-term contract for 6 months, supporting the recruitment team with screening, credentialing, logistics coordination and data management. The Role Talent Acquisition Specialist This role supports the Talent Acquisition function by handling the administrative backbone of recruitment. You ensure that candidate records are accurate, interview logistics run smoothly, credentialing checks are completed and data is maintained to the standard needed for compliant and efficient hiring across local and overseas pipelines. You will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition and work closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists, hiring managers and candidates directly. What You Will Do You will support the recruitment team across three areas: screening and credentialing, logistics coordination and data management. Your responsibilities will include:

• Support initial screening activities including resume review, screening questions and candidate assessments based on criteria set by the recruiter or hiring manager.
• Conduct reference and credentialing checks to validate candidate information including license, certification and qualification verification for overseas hires.What matters most in this role is consistency. Infection control works when it is practiced every day, not only during audits.
• Coordinate travel and logistics for overseas hiring, working directly with candidates on schedules and requirements.
• Support onboarding of overseas hires by coordinating required steps with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and the candidate.
• Monitor onboarding progress, documentation completion and data accuracy across HR systems.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS, HRIS and other HR systems.

• Communicate professionally in writing and verbally with candidates and team members.
• Handle candidate data with discretion and attention to detail.
• Follow processes consistently and flag gaps when you spot them.
• Are comfortable working independently in a fast-moving hiring environment.

Experience And Qualifications We are looking for someone reliable, organised and comfortable working with people and data in a professional environment. What we need:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
• Attention to detail in handling data, documentation and candidate records.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, spoken and written.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic computer systems.

What you need to be able to do:

• Enter and maintain data accurately in HR or recruitment systems.
• Follow a process consistently and flag any gaps or errors you identify.
• Organise logistics for meetings, interviews or events with attention to detail.
• Work independently on assigned tasks and meet deadlines without follow-up.
• Are comfortable using digital tools and open to learning technology-enabled recruitment practices and HR systems.

What gives you an edge:

• Prior internship or placement experience in an HR, recruitment or administrative environment.
• Basic understanding of Saudi Labor Law and Saudization requirements.
• Experience coordinating events, schedules or logistics in any context.
