Citycon is looking for proactive Systems Specialist to join our Group IT & BPI team in a permanent position. In this role, you will be you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, support, and continuous improvement of our commercial and data platforms. You will work closely with business stakeholders such as leasing, asset management, marketing, and finance across all our business units to ensure reliable, scalable, and user-friendly solutions that support our business objectives. Employment Type: Permanent Start of the Employment: Starting flexibly in November or December 2026 Location: On-site at Citycon’s HQ in Iso Omena, Espoo As a Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for - Acting as the technical Super User and main point of contact for appointed business application platforms such as Salesforce and Power BI. Agreed group wide service responsibilities may change from time to time. - Providing user training, support and feedback as well as advising business and support functions on technology and how it can help them perform better in the agreed area of responsibility. - Administration, configuration, and optimization of CMR solutions and related dependencies, such as Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud environments. - Developing and supporting reporting and analytics capabilities using business intelligence and data pipeline/integration solutions such as Power BI, Snowflake, Matillion and Boomi. - Managing user access, security roles, workflows, reports, dashboards, and system configurations in accordance with established controls and policies. - Gathering business- and end-user requirements and translating them into functional solutions and system/process enhancements. - Participating in systems implementation and development projects as a key technical specialist and supporting testing, and release- and change management activities. - Creating and maintaining system-, process- and user guide documentation. What are we looking for - Several years of relevant experience working with business applications, data platforms, analytics solutions, or related technologies - Hands-on experience administering and configuring Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Experience Cloud solutions. - Experience developing reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions using Power BI, or similar technologies. - Experience in working with business stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver practical solutions. - Good understanding of system integrations, data flows, APIs, and data management principles. - Proven track record in supporting business-critical applications in a multi-system environment. - A proactive, service-minded, and quality-focused approach with a curiosity for technology and continuous improvement. - A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field. - Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
