System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)

Job Title: System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) Location: Gothenburg Sweden (Onsite) Employment type: contract Job Description: Windows Environment Analyze the requirements in requests from the customer and how the need of the business can be applied to the FactoryPlace environment. Investigate new technologies and their applicability to the customer environment and business needs. Propose new solutions and improvements of the FactoryPlace client service to the customer. Professional/Technical Qualifications • Expert knowledge in Active Directory and Group Policy Management • Expert knowledge in Microsoft Configuration Manager • Expert knowledge in managing Windows in a locked down enterprise environment • Good knowledge in scripting (PowerShell and VBScript) • Good knowledge in operating system deployment via Microsoft Configuration Manager • Good knowledge in Windows 7, Windows 10 and Windows 11 and their components (AppLocker, Windows Firewall, BitLocker, Microsoft Defender, Distributed File System, among others.) • Good documentation skills • Bonus if good knowledge in Intune and Entra • Experience with ServiceNow Android/Handheld environment Analyze the requirements in customer requests and how they can be integrated into the existing environment delivered by FactoryPlace. Investigate new technologies and functionalities in the android operating system and management systems to determine their applicability to the customers business needs. Propose new solutions and improvements of the FactoryPlace client service to the customer. Professional/Technical Qualifications • Expert knowledge in SOTI MobiControl 2024+ • Expert knowledge in Android 8+ • Good knowledge in scripting (JavaScript/PowerShell/VBScript) • Good knowledge in API scripting • Good knowledge in enterprise tools (Honeywell EZ Config, StageNow for Zebra) • Good knowledge of managing Android devices in a locked down enterprise environment • Good documentation skills • Bonus if good knowledge in Intune and Entra • Experience with ServiceNow Linux Environment Analyze the requirements in requests from the customer and how the need of the business can be applied to the FactoryPlace environment. Investigate new technologies and their applicability to the customer environment and business needs. Propose new solutions and improvements of the FactoryPlace client service to the customer. Professional/Technical Qualifications • Good knowledge in Linux operating systems in general • Good knowledge with Raspberry Pi • Good knowledge in managing linux operating systems in a locked down enterprise environment (non-personal devices) • Good documentation skills • Good knowledge in SOTI MobiControl • Experience with ServiceNow
