Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Sweden Online Language School Franchise Partnership with Lingua Learn Franchise Group. The partner will be responsible for establishing and managing Lingua Learn’s online language school presence in Sweden, including overseeing local marketing, sales outreach, and client acquisition for public and corporate customers. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, developing and implementing growth strategies, coordinating with Lingua Learn’s Global Franchise Support Team, and managing relationships with teachers and learners. The partner will also monitor performance metrics, optimize the local e-commerce platform, and ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with Lingua Learn’s standards. This role requires proactive engagement with Swedish organizations, businesses, and individuals to expand awareness and adoption of Lingua Learn’s language and training services. Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to engage clients, prepare proposals, and represent the Lingua Learn brand professionally.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Research abilities to assess market opportunities, understand client needs, and inform local growth strategies.
• Candidates should possess Training-related skills to coordinate and support language and soft-skills programs in collaboration with Lingua Learn’s teaching network.
• Experience in business development, franchise management, or education services is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of the Swedish market and proficiency in English; Swedish language skills are an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and meet performance targets.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational and time-management skills.
