What you'll do

Company Description Lingua Learn is a virtual online training school with over 45 franchise hubs worldwide, offering more than 50 languages to both public and corporate clients. The organization has grown rapidly by aligning its franchise model with the global shift toward remote work and online language education. Lingua Learn selectively opens franchises in regions with strong growth potential, based on dedicated market research, and then offers exclusive agreements to partners in those territories. Franchise partners receive a comprehensive launch package, including a ready-made e-commerce website, CRM, staff training, and ongoing support from a Global Franchise Support Team across HR, sales, marketing, admin, and academics. They also gain access to a global network of over 300 qualified teachers and a full suite of branded course materials, covering certified language classes, corporate programs, and soft-skills training. Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Sweden Online Language School Franchise Partner. The partner will be responsible for developing and growing Lingua Learn’s presence in Sweden, including local market research, outreach to individual and corporate clients, and promotion of online language and skills training services. Day-to-day tasks include managing the localized e-commerce website, coordinating with the Global Franchise Support Team, overseeing client acquisition and retention, and ensuring high-quality delivery of online courses through Lingua Learn’s teacher network. The role also involves organizing and supporting training activities, monitoring performance metrics, and adapting marketing and sales strategies to the Swedish market. Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills for client engagement, partnership development, and collaboration with the global support team.
  • Analytical Skills and Research abilities to assess local market potential, identify opportunities, and make data-informed decisions.
  • Writing skills to produce clear, persuasive marketing messages, client communication, and localized content.
  • Training experience to support onboarding of local staff or partners and ensure consistent delivery of Lingua Learn programs.
  • Experience in business development, franchise management, or education services is highly beneficial.
  • Comfort working independently in a remote, contract setting with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of the Swedish market and fluency in Swedish and English are advantageous.
  • Background in sales, marketing, or education management is preferred, though diverse professional experience is welcome.
