Our project Stationer bygg - OHLA Sverige is looking for Surveyor Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading and coordinating surveying activities on road or railway infrastructure projects, including at least 3 years within the last 5 years.
• Minimum 3 years of experience performing geodetic surveying in large rock tunnel projects.
• Relevant surveying education of at least 2 years, combined with practical experience to achieve a minimum of 5 years of total education and experience. Equivalent documented further education may be considered.
• Strong knowledge of geodesy, photogrammetry, horizontal and vertical control networks, GNSS, laser scanning, and machine control.
• Experience in surveying calculations, network adjustment, as-built surveys, setting-out, and technical reporting.
• Good knowledge of applicable Swedish surveying standards and technical specifications, including SIS-TS 21143:2016.
• Ability to independently plan, lead, coordinate, verify, and document surveying activities.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with site management, production teams, and the client.

Applicants must be able to provide documentation of their education and relevant professional experience. Foreign qualifications may require formal assessment in accordance with the project requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Perform setting-out and surveying activities for construction works, including concrete structures, steel structures, walls, floors, and other station components.
• Carry out topographic and as-built surveys to verify the positions, dimensions, elevations, and geometry of constructed elements.
• Establish, maintain, and verify site control networks and surveying reference points in accordance with project requirements.
• Perform surveys before structures or installations become concealed by subsequent construction activities.
• Check and verify the accuracy of construction works against approved drawings, models, and specified tolerances.
• Prepare, calculate, check, and maintain surveying records, measurement protocols, and technical documentation.
• Ensure that surveying activities comply with applicable Swedish standards, project specifications, and established quality requirements.
• Inspect and verify surveying instruments and associated equipment, ensuring that checks are performed and documented.
• Coordinate surveying activities with the site management, production teams, engineering teams, and other project stakeholders.
• Identify surveying risks, deviations, and discrepancies, and report them promptly to the relevant project personnel.
• Deliver surveying documentation and as-built information within the required project deadlines.
