What you'll do
As a Surveyor, your main responsibilities will include:
- Carry out topographic surveys and dimensional checks on site
- Prepare and update technical drawings, layouts, and graphic documentation
- Monitor correct execution of works in accordance with the approved project
- Draft quantity take-offs, cost accounting, and progress reports (SAL)
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations (Italian Legislative Decree 81/08 or local equivalent)
- Support works management with document control and liaison with public authorities
- Conduct periodic site inspections and produce technical reports
