Support Staff

Role OverviewThe Support Staff will assist the Smartedu Bridge team with day-to-day program operations, coordination, communication, and administrative support. This role is designed to provide practical experience in international education and mobility program support while contributing to smooth and efficient program delivery.Key Responsibilities1. Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks related to program delivery. 2. Support communication with partner agencies, employers, candidates, and other stakeholders. 3. Help organize meetings, follow up on action items, and maintain basic records and documentation. 4. Support reporting, data entry, and preparation of program materials. 5. Participate in events and other program-related activities when required. Requirements- Currently studying or recently graduated in a relevant field such as international education, business, HR, communications, or administration. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Fluent in English, ability to speak in basic Finnish is required - Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
