What You'll Do As a Supply Quality Professional, you will:
Who You'll Work With You will join GSO DPM Excipients, SUS & Process Aids, a department responsible for supplier management and quality-related activities supporting materials used in Novo Nordisk production. The team collaborates closely with suppliers and stakeholders throughout the value chain to ensure quality, compliance, and reliable supply. The team consists of approximately 12 colleagues, including Supply Managers and Change Request Owners working together to strengthen supplier collaboration and ensure robust processes. You will become part of a collaborative environment where knowledge sharing, stakeholder engagement, and quality-focused decision-making are central to how we work. What You Can Expect Here This position offers a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure across Novo Nordisk's supplier organisation while building expertise within supplier quality, change management, compliance, and supply chain operations. You will work with experienced colleagues and stakeholders across the business, developing both your technical understanding and your ability to navigate a complex organisation. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating structure, following processes, and delivering high-quality work. Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 499,600 to 734,400 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position. The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
