What you'll do

Are you a business-driven Supply Chain professional who thrives in a dynamic environment where you can make a real impact? Naty is looking for a hands-on and analytical Supply Chain Manager to lead and develop its global supply chain operations. About the role As Supply Chain Manager at Naty, you will take overall responsibility for developing and optimizing the company's global supply chain and operational processes. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient planning, product availability, cost control and high customer satisfaction across both B2B and direct-to-consumer channels. This is a broad and business-critical position combining strategic development with hands-on operational leadership. You will lead and develop the Supply Chain team, work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, and contribute to Naty's continued growth and operational excellence. As part of the management team, you will have the opportunity to influence business decisions, drive improvements and develop sustainable and efficient supply chain solutions. Key responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Supply Chain team, fostering collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee demand and supply planning, purchasing, inventory management and logistics operations.
  • Optimize stock levels, forecasting accuracy, product availability and working capital.
  • Manage relationships with external warehouse, transport and logistics partners.
  • Ensure efficient order management, customer fulfilment and consumer service across B2B and DTC channels.
  • Drive improvements in processes, systems and integrations, including ERP and e-commerce solutions.
  • Monitor operational performance, budgets and KPIs to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and cost savings.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Procurement and Product teams to support business objectives.

About you We are looking for a structured, analytical and business-oriented Supply Chain professional who enjoys combining operational responsibilities with continuous improvement and development. You are a confident and collaborative professional, with previous leadership experience or the ambition to take on your first leadership role. You have a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset and thrive in an environment where priorities can change. You take ownership of your responsibilities and have the ability to turn plans into tangible results. To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

  • Approximately 5 + years relevant experience within Supply Chain Management, including planning, inventory management and logistics.
  • Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of supply chain performance, cost efficiency and working capital.
  • Experience leading teams and driving operational improvements.
  • The ability to work both strategically and hands-on in a dynamic business environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions.
  • A relevant educational background
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Why join Naty? At Naty, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of a broad and influential role where your expertise and initiatives can make a tangible difference. You will work across the business, lead a dedicated team and contribute to developing efficient, scalable and more sustainable supply chain operations.
