What you'll do

Supply Chain Manager You’ve booked the freight. Here you’ll own the whole chain. byACRE is a Danish company revolutionizing the perception of assistive devices through industry-leading products and brand building. We’re recognized internationally with FedEx Europe’s Most Innovative Start-Up award and several product design awards in the EU, US and Japan. We sell rollators. Carbon fiber frames, components from Asia and Europe, final assembly, and finished products moving to warehouses and customers across Europe, the US and Asia. A rollator that arrives late isn’t just a delayed shipment. It’s a customer who didn’t get their Sunday walk, a distributor who’s out of stock, a marketplace listing that goes dark. Getting the right product to the right warehouse at the right cost isn’t back office work here. It’s what the business runs on. The role You’ll own supply chain at byACRE on a day-to-day basis: from production planning with our suppliers, through freight and customs, to stock in our 3PL warehouses and out to customers. You’ll be part of a small team with one supply chain colleague and an operations colleague who looks after data quality in Business Central. You’ll report to our Head of Finance & Operations, who together with our CFO will be your sparring partners on the bigger decisions. You’ll also work closely with purchasing, e-commerce and B2B sales. Planning production

  • Plan production with our suppliers and assembly partners based on forecasts, stock levels and lead times
  • Follow up on orders, quality and delivery dates, and be the one who knows something is about to slip before it does
  • Work with our technical buyer on suppliers in China and Europe

Moving it

  • Plan and book shipments from production to our 3PLs in Europe, the US and Asia, by sea, air, road and courier
  • Negotiate with and manage forwarders, carriers and customs brokers. You’ve sat on their side of the table, so you know what a good rate looks like, where the surcharges hide and what to ask for
  • Own incoterms, customs documentation, duties and import VAT flows together with finance
  • Make sure every forwarder and broker invoice matches what we actually agreed

Running the 3PLs

  • Manage our 3PL partners: inbound, stock accuracy, outbound performance and cost
  • Keep inventory balanced across warehouses and channels: our webshops, Amazon and other marketplaces, and B2B distributors
  • Set up and improve inbound flows, including Amazon FBA
  • Coordinate and handle returned goods across markets and warehouses, and build a sustainable returns setup that works in the long run

Building the system

  • Own supply chain in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central: items, BOMs, purchasing, planning, transfers, warehouse and landed cost
  • Build the reporting that tells us stock levels, cover, lead times, freight cost per unit and where we lose money

Understanding it

  • Forecast together with sales and e-commerce, and turn it into purchase and production plans
  • Track landed cost, freight cost and delivery performance, and turn it into decisions, not slides
  • Tell customer service, sales and e-commerce what’s coming and when, before customers ask

You’ll work in Business Central, Excel, forwarder and 3PL portals, Amazon Seller Central, and Claude, which is a normal part of how we work here. Where it’s going We’re growing fast, entering new markets and adding new channels, and every one of them makes the chain longer and more complex. You won’t inherit a finished machine. You’ll build it: the flows, the setup in Business Central, the partner network and the way we plan. The bigger byACRE gets, the bigger this role gets. This is you

  • You started as a freight forwarder and moved to the other side of the table. Since then you’ve planned production and shipped to 3PLs yourself
  • A global background. Know-how from production in China is a big plus: how factories plan, what Chinese New Year does to lead times, how to follow up on quality and delivery from a distance
  • Deep knowledge of supply chain in Business Central is highly valuable. You know planning worksheets, transfer orders, warehouse setup and item charges, and you can tell a consultant exactly what you need and check that you got it
  • Commercially minded above all else. You understand that freight cost, lead time and stock levels hit margin, cash and the customer at the same time
  • Structured and comfortable with numbers. You can build the overview yourself and draw an actual conclusion from it
  • Calm when a container is stuck in port, and fast at finding the plan B
  • A genuine team player, which doesn’t mean having no ego. Anyone who wants to win has one, and there are plenty of them here. It just never gets to outrank the team: no sharp elbows, no politics, no winning at a colleague’s expense.
  • Fluent with AI. We embrace it to extend what we can do, and we’re critical of what it gives back. You should already be using it daily and know where it’s brilliant and where it quietly gets things wrong.
  • Professional-level fluency in English

What we care about We want the person who can’t stand it when the chain isn’t tight. A shipment with no ETA bothers you. A surcharge nobody agreed to bothers you. Stock sitting in one warehouse while another runs dry bothers you, and you fix it, because it’s yours. Performance matters here. So does a humane and caring environment with real attention to how it feels to work here, and the two aren’t in tension. Without care and pride from every person on the team, there is no performance. This is byACRE We’ve expanded globally across the USA, Western Europe and Asia, with double- and triple-digit growth rates in recent years, earning byACRE two Gazelle awards and 3rd place in the Ehandelsprisen Export category in 2026. Joining us means contributing to our mission of helping people maintain an active lifestyle despite physical limitations. Our workplace at Indiakaj in central Copenhagen is truly international, with caring and passionate colleagues from many countries and all age groups. It’s an open-minded environment where the best argument wins, quality is prioritized over quantity, and the time from idea to implementation is short. Why join byACRE?

  • Day-to-day ownership of a supply chain that spans three continents, in a company that’s still small enough for you to shape it
  • Close sparring with our Head of Accounting & Operations and CFO, who know the numbers behind every shipment
  • A chance to build the Business Central setup the right way, instead of living with someone else’s
  • Leadership that takes your development seriously, and a high-performing team
  • Informal, tolerant and a lot of laughs. We take the work seriously, not ourselves
  • Social events once a month, on a voluntary basis
