Product Processes related to managing product item data The Deployment Specialist for Product is responsible for supporting processes related to product and item master data in the OneERP solution. The role focuses on ensuring that product data is available, accurate and usable for the downstream sales and order processes. Main process focus Product and item master data in Microsoft D365FO Product data integration with central repositories such as GIM/GIR Standard products available in the customer product catalogue Request Items where required commercial attributes are missing Products not available in the global product master Product enrichment, item availability and data quality Product-related master data readiness for testing, migration and go-live Typical responsibilities within the process area Identify product data gaps and requirements Support validation and enrichment of product item data Test product data flows and integrations Support request item handling and related ways of working Assist key users with product data preparation, test scripts and training material
