Supply Chain Coordinator

• Responsible for customer service in Supply Chain – first point of contact
• Order handling for external as well as internal customers
• Coordinate deliveries and ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Stakeholder management at local warehouses, internal customers and headquarters
• Contract handling and invoicing using SAP
• Handle customer complaints and support issue resolution.
• Basic master data management
• Collaborate with sales, service, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient supply chain operations.

Your profile

• Experience with customer service
• Experienced user of ERP systems
• Experienced in Microsoft Office
• Experience in a company with an ISO certificate is an advantage
• Fluent in Finnish, Swedish and English is mandatory
• Good communication skills
