Supplier Quality Engineer

In the role of Supplier Quality Engineer, you will ensure that suppliers deliver materials and components of the correct quality. When quality issues arise, you will be the one driving the analysis, following up on suppliers' corrective actions, and ensuring that the problems are resolved with sustainable solutions. In this role, you will work systematically with established quality methods such as 8D, 6M, and fishbone analysis. You will ensure that the supplier conducts a thorough investigation, takes corrective actions, and follows up to ensure these are effective in practice. To succeed, it is essential that you enjoy working cross-functionally, building relationships, and leading meetings in a clear and professional manner. As an SQE, you need to have an analytical approach, sound judgment, and the ability to critically assess suppliers' work to ensure quality requirements are met.
