We are looking for an energetic and responsible Supervisor who enjoys leading people, organizing daily operations, and building a respectful and well-functioning work community.

In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operations of a hotel, leading and developing service operations, people management, and customer collaboration in an international and people-focused environment.

The position combines hands-on daily leadership, ensuring high-quality and efficient service delivery together with your team, operational development, financial responsibility, implementing changes in practice, and working in line with our company values.

This role may be suitable for you whether you are already an experienced supervisor, a cleaning industry professional looking to advance your career, or someone seeking a new direction in a different field.

Your Responsibilities

• Leading site operations, quality, and customer satisfaction

• Managing personnel, including recruitment, onboarding, workforce scheduling, and supporting employee wellbeing

• Managing and developing customer relationships, promoting additional sales opportunities, and identifying new business opportunities

• Monitoring site finances, budgets, and resources, while improving profitability

• Developing operations in a goal-oriented manner, identifying risks, and ensuring a safe working environment

• Reporting key performance indicators and service performance

• Participating in cleaning work when required

What We Expect from You

• Relevant experience in the property services, hospitality, facility services, or other service industries

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, develop, and lead a team fairly and consistently

• A customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset

• The ability to plan and develop operations cost-effectively and manage change in a practical environment

• Readiness to take responsibility for your site's operations and performance

• Adequate digital skills for using workplace tools and systems

• A positive, responsible, and goal-oriented attitude, combined with a business-minded approach

• Finnish and/or English language skills, both spoken and written. One language must be fluent, while the other can be at a basic working level

• Previous experience in supervisory work or team leadership is considered an advantage

We Offer Two Positions

• A fixed-term full-time employment contract (37.5 hours per week):

• Position 1: 1 October 2026 to 10 February 2027

• Position 2: 1 November 2026 to 30 November 2027

1. Work is mainly performed on weekday mornings, although weekend shifts and early morning shifts starting at 6:00 AM may also be required

1. A competitive salary of approximately €2,500-€2,800 per month, depending on your experience
