Main responsibilities and tasks - Project management, design, engineer and execute projects for expansions, improvements, operation and maintenance of the subsea fibre infrastructure - Provide engineering administrative support for tenders, projects, and studies - Contribute to improvements in short, medium-, and long-term Life Cycle Management for the Fibre Optic Cable infrastructure in Tampnet - Special focus on amplified (repeatered) submarine fibre optic cable systems (power feed equipment (PFE), optical performance, testing and verification) - Installation contractor follow up, cable supplier management - Product development related to fibre and Tampnet’s subsea infrastructure - Contribute to a positive work environment in the team/department Qualification requirements - Relevant master’s degree - Minimum 3 years relevant experience - Relevant experience may compensate for the requirement of education Security requirements
