Student Worker - Training Operations & Analytics

The Impact You'll Make As a Student Worker in Training Operations & Analytics, you'll support Drives Academy in understanding how training activities contribute to business readiness and commercial success across our global sales organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain insight into how a global sales organization operates behind the scenes and how training and capability development help drive results across markets. You will work with data, reporting, and knowledge-sharing tools that help colleagues make informed decisions about training priorities and business needs. Working closely with colleagues across Drives Academy, sales teams, and regional organizations, you'll build practical experience in data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration while developing valuable business and commercial insights. What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the collection, structuring, and analysis of training data to create visibility into training activities, participation, and performance.
• Assist in developing reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and other digital tools to turn training data into actionable business insights.
• Help identify trends, patterns, and gaps in training data and translate findings into clear insights for Drives Academy and its stakeholders.
• Help maintain and improve the Drives Academy SharePoint and intranet environment to ensure information is easy to find and use.
• Collaborate with colleagues across training, sales, and regional teams to understand business needs and support data-driven improvements.
• Contribute to process improvements, data quality initiatives, and knowledge-sharing activities within Drives Academy.

What We're Looking For

• You are currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably within Engineering Innovation & Business, Business Administration, Economics, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• You are interested in understanding how a global sales organization operates and how training supports commercial success.
• You have good analytical skills and enjoy working with data to identify patterns and generate insights.
• You have experience with Excel and an interest in developing your skills in Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• You communicate effectively in English and enjoy collaborating with people from different cultures and functions.

Experience with SharePoint, Power BI, reporting, or data analysis is an advantage, but we are equally interested in motivated students who are eager to learn and develop new skills.
