Student Worker - Sales Operations

This is an opportunity to get practical experience with internal systems and day-to-day business operations. What You Will Do As a student worker, you will support a variety of operational tasks related to our customers and internal processes. The work will be a mix of structured and repetitive tasks that need to be handled accurately and consistently, as well as one-off tasks and challenges where you need to find your own way forward. Your tasks will include:

• Sending documents to customers
• Uploading documents in portals
• Supporting and coordinating questionnaires
• Working with different internal systems and learning how they are used in practice
• Communicating with different parts of the organization to collect the information you need
• Supporting other operational tasks as they arise
• Keeping track of your activities and following up on outstanding tasks

Ideally, we are looking for someone who is:

• Detail-oriented and careful with your work
• Curious and eager to learn
• Organized and good at keeping track of tasks and deadlines
• Able to follow established processes and instructions accurately
• Comfortable taking responsibility for your own work
• Not afraid to ask questions or reach out to colleagues when you need information
• Interested in understanding how a company works and how processes can be improved

As DESMI is a global company, you will work with colleagues and customers from many different countries and backgrounds. English is therefore a must for this position, and you should feel comfortable communicating with people of different nationalities. Your Education We expect you to be studying within a field such as:

• Business Administration
