As a Student Worker, you will gain broad exposure to workplace IT services while working closely with both users and experienced IT professionals. Your work will have a direct impact on the day-to-day employee experience, ensuring colleagues have the equipment, systems, and support they need to perform at their best. Key responsibilites:

  • Provide first-level IT support to Siemens employees.
  • Prepare, install and configure PCs for new and existing users.
  • Support users with PC hardware, peripherals and general workplace IT issues.
  • Assist with PC replacements and hardware changes.
  • Troubleshoot common hardware and software-related problems.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities from an IT perspective.
  • Provide support for mobile phones, subscriptions and telephony-related questions.
  • Administer users and services in Telia Touchpoint.
  • Create, modify and terminate mobile subscriptions when employees join, change roles or leave Siemens.
  • Assist with SIM cards, phone numbers and other telephony administration.
  • Keep equipment and user information accurate and up to date.
  • Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate IT team when needed.

You are structured, service-minded, and comfortable communicating with a variety of stakeholders. You thrive in a collaborative environment, take pride in providing excellent user support, and enjoy working with both people and technology. What We’re Looking For

  • You are currently enrolled in a university program within IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • You have at least 1,5 year remaining of your studies.
  • You have a strong interest in computers, workplace technology, and IT support.
  • You are comfortable troubleshooting basic technical issues and eager to learn more.
  • You have strong communication skills in both Swedish and English.
  • You are structured, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • You enjoy helping others and providing excellent service.
  • Most importantly, you are motivated, curious, and eager to develop your skills within a global technology company.

Typically, student workers work approximately around 2 days per week, with flexible working hours.
