Student Worker - CRM Delivery

The Impact You'll Make As our new Student Worker in the CRM Delivery team , you will help shape and enhance the Salesforce platform used across Danfoss. Working alongside experienced developers, administrators, architects, and release engineers, you will contribute to delivering high-quality CRM solutions that support and streamline sales and service processes for colleagues, customers, and partners worldwide. Together, we focus on creating an outstanding user experience and enabling seamless integration across systems to maximize the value of Salesforce for Danfoss. Key Responsibilities

• Developing new functionality in our Salesforce application that meets Danfoss’ specific business requirements
• Addressing bugs, technical debt and contribute to the optimization of our Salesforce application
• Keeping up to date with Salesforce releases and making the most of the platform’s standard capabilities
• Contributing to the implementation of AI Agents to improve the SDLC in CRM teams
• Building inbound and outbound integrations with external systems using different integration methods and patterns

What You’ll Be Doing

• Work in an Agile team to deliver software that improves business processes
• Take part in the usual Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, retrospective and sprint reviews) and other team meetings and/or workshops necessary to clarify technical or functional requirements
• Build code (traditional and vibe coding) and use Salesforce’s declarative configuration when applicable
• Support the different phases of SDLC to make sure changes get to production on time and with the desired quality
• Continuously improve and review our AI Agent fleet

What We're Looking For We image that you are currently studying a bachelor or master degree in Software Engineering, Business & IT, or in a similar field, with two years left. Besides your studies you bring:

• Experience in developing back-end applications using Java or C#
• Strong communication skills in English and willing to collaborate in a global and multi-cultural environment
• Self-driven and willing to learn new technologies. In this case, learning about the Salesforce platform is required
• Experience in utilizing AI Coding Agents for vibe coding and in creating and maintaining custom AI Agents
• Knows about application integration methods and patterns
