What You Will Do
- Test Active Simulation Engines: Set up and execute 0D/1D combustion numerical simulations and evaluate ongoing chemical process simulation features.
- Propose New Features & Enhancements: Identify missing tools or functionality needed for real-world engineering tasks, recommend user experience improvements, and pitch feature requests directly to the founding team.
- Weekly In-Person Feedback Syncs: Attend a weekly meeting in Stockholm to review test cases, discuss UX improvements, and address solver behavior.
- Validate Time Savings: Measure and log the setup/execution time on Ignite·AI compared to traditional CAE tools (e.g., Ansys, Cantera, OpenFOAM).
- Report Convergence & Solver Behavior: Track simulation failure modes, convergence rates, and physical output accuracy across varied boundary conditions.
