Role Description The Student Office Assistant role at Carzelle is an on-site position based in Aarhus. This role supports daily office operations by handling clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and maintaining organized records. The Student Office Assistant will answer phone calls, greet visitors, and assist with general inquiries to ensure a professional and welcoming office environment. The role also includes operating basic office equipment, supporting administrative projects, coordinating meeting logistics, and assisting team members with routine tasks as needed. Working hours and schedule will be arranged to accommodate ongoing studies. Qualifications

  • Strong communication and phone etiquette skills to handle calls, greet visitors, and manage inquiries professionally.
  • Administrative assistance and clerical skills to support filing, data entry, document management, and general office coordination.
  • Ability to operate common office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, copiers) and basic computer applications.
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability in completing tasks on time.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with diverse team members.
  • Current enrollment in a relevant educational program; prior office or customer service experience is an advantage.
