Student Helper - Supply Chain

We're looking for a student helper to support our supply chain function. You'll join the team behind production and logistics as we continue growing across our mainline and sportswear collections, as well as our international expansion. As a student helper, you'll get a hands-on role in the day-to-day running of our supply chain. You'll work closely with our production, marketing and warehouse team to keep track of orders, deliveries, and inventory data, so we always have a clear overview of where products are in the pipeline and when they'll hit the warehouse. This is a student job where you get real responsibility from day one, but we work around your study schedule. Your responsibilities will include:

• Following up on production orders and delivery dates with our suppliers
• Maintaining and updating inventory data and delivery status in our systems
• Helping prepare and follow up on purchase orders
• Supporting warehouse flow planning around new collection launches
• Helping identify and resolve bottlenecks in the supply chain
• Supporting reporting and data overview for the rest of the production and operations team

We imagine you:

• Are a student, for example within supply chain, logistics, international business, economics, or similar
• Are structured and can keep track of multiple tasks and deadlines at once
• Are comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and pick up new systems quickly
• Have a good head for numbers and enjoy working with data
• Speak and write fluent English, as much of the communication happens with international suppliers

No prior industry experience required, but an interest in fashion, production, or logistics is a plus. What we offer
