We are currently looking for a Student Assistant to join our Recruiting team in Copenhagen. You’ll get hands-on experience in how Bain attracts, engages, and recruits top talent, while also gaining exposure to the broader business and how a global consulting firm operates. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in recruiting or employer branding who enjoys taking ownership, working with people, and getting things done in a high-performing environment. The position is 15–20 hours per week, with flexibility around exam periods. You’ll be part of a close-knit, ambitious, and fun Nordic Recruiting team of eight colleagues based in Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo, and Stockholm. You’ll work closely with our Senior Recruiting Specialist in Copenhagen and collaborate with colleagues across both recruiting and consulting teams. In this role, you’ll have an active role in our recruitment processes and employer branding activities in Copenhagen, helping us deliver a smooth and high-quality experience for candidates from their first interaction with Bain through to joining.
