Student Assistant - People Experience

Then you might be the new Student Assistant for our People Experience team! Boost our team As our new Student Assistant, you will become part of the Global P&O team and report to the Head of People Experience, Nina Bornemann. Your focus area will be to support our organization with a broad range of P&O tasks. You will work closely with our P&O Generalist and get hands-on experience across different parts of the employee lifecycle. The position is approximately 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility to balance your working hours with your studies. We are looking for someone who is motivated to work within P&O and would like to take on more responsibility than typically expected in a student position. This is a great opportunity if you are interested in developing towards a future role as a P&O Consultant or P&O Generalist. Your tasks

• Create new hires and consultants in HR system (Workday)
• Create Promotion Letters, Contract Addendums, Agreements
• Serve as an advisor and handle various questions on HR matters from employees and managers in Denmark (employee absence, pension, insurances, company policies, phone, internet, other employee benefits)
• Manual handling of integration/data errors between HR system (Workday) and ERP system (MS Dynamics)
• Ensure high data quality in our HR system
• VISA, residence, and work permit applications
• Data reports from Workday
• Update SharePoint sites on our intranet related to HR matters and information to employees

Provide input to process optimization of HR processes - Are you our next Student Assistant? We imagine that you are in the final phase of your bachelor’s degree and still have a few years of study ahead of you. You are motivated to build your experience within P&O and are eager to learn, develop, and gradually take on more responsibility. Furthermore, we imagine that you:

• Are service minded in handling employee and manager requests
• Have good written skills in English and Danish
• Work at a good pace and have a sharp eye for details
• Are structured, responsible, and comfortable taking ownership of your tasks
• Are curious and motivated to learn and take on new responsibilities
• Are able to handle confidential information and tasks
